friendly staff convenient location comfy beds
the staff were super friendly and helpful! i found the location to be really convenient, it made getting around so easy. and oh my goodness, the beds were like sleeping on clouds, so comfy!
the kettle was missing tea and coffee!

i discovered a great buffet restaurant with very reasonable prices, so many tasty options! the chinese restaurant inside the building provides very authentic dishes and you can find a lot of cool stuff in the store.

the service was really fantastic! the staff was helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and quick with requests. they even gave good directions to the city center.

great view lovely park convenient supermarket local brews
I enjoyed the GREAT river maas view it was lovely. next to the hotel lies a lovely park, very peaceful. a supermarket is close. That's VERY convenient. stadsbrouwerij de pelgrim is a short walk away, with a taste of local brews.
The red color theme in the corridors felt a bit overwhelming. It's JUST a minor aesthetic detail.

the room was spacious. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to a lovely park i found a supermarket nearby which was convenient. the view of the river maas from my room was quite nice
the room lacked a kettle and basic amenities such as tea or coffee i found that quite inconvenient for making a simple hot drink
